Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving inquiries.
Provide accurate information on shipping rates, delivery times, and product availability.
Address customer concerns regarding lost or delayed shipments and offer solutions.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
Resolve billing issues and process payment inquiries related to shipments.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.

Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and delivery processes is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
