Responsibilities :

Identify and resolve operational problems using expertise and judgment.

Improve workflow efficiencies.

Coach agents on how to navigate through systems to find information needed for calls.

Identify agent strengths and opportunities and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements :

Open to Native and Non-native Thai Speakers.

Effective communication skills in English and Thai.

Completed at least 2 years in college.

Willing to work and relocate to Pampanga.

Background in IT preferred.
