Land Surveyor

Description

Do initial site inspection of properties offered or identified by the company feasible for solar farm projects.

Locating landowners and do initial contact.

Keep the established relationships with landowners as well as the community and local community leaders.

Mapping / securing maps from the local agencies (Assessors Office, CENRO, NIA, etc) of the company’s area of interest.

Act as local coordinator for Land Acquisition in setting-up meetings with landowners.

Assist in the conduct of due diligence research.

Performs other Land related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his / her immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate
• No experience required
• Must be a resident of the following areas : Burgos, Mabini, Dasol, Pangasinan, or nearby locations.
• Owns an Android Smartphone
• with own motorcycle and has valid driver’s license
• Willing to attend 2-day online pre-deployment training
