About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic Retail Account - Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This is a full-time position where you'll be providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued retail clients. What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat

Resolving customer issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner

Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Identifying and escalating any complex or unresolved issues

Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

At least with or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role are welcome to apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Proficiency in English and the local language (Tagalog)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
