The Opportunity

To support our commitment in providing world-class finance services, our Finance Associate will provide support to our Shared Services. This role is based in Philippines. We are looking for a detail-oriented and Mandarin-speaking Finance Associate to join our growing Shared Services team. This role is ideal for finance professionals with experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Payroll, who are passionate about delivering high-quality financial services in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your role in our team

• Perform day-to-day finance operations such as invoice processing, payment handling, or payroll administration, depending on assigned function (AR, AP, or Payroll).
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in the finance system.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders in Mandarin and English to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Generate and submit reports in line with internal deadlines and compliance standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and company policies.

Is this role right for you?

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Payroll.
• Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written) and English are required.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Philippine financial regulations is an advantage
