The Role : About the Role :
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys connecting with prospects. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from provided lists or CRM systems
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule appointments with decision-makers
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn to nurture interest and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed daily / weekly calling and appointment targets
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
Ideal Profile :
Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, or similar roleExcellent verbal communication and active listening skillsStrong command of English (both spoken and written)Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and dialer toolsResilient, positive attitude, and able to handle objections professionallySelf-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote setupWhat's on Offer?
