Responsibilities :
→ Reconcile invoices, manage expense reports, and process reimbursements
→ Enter and maintain financial records (digital & physical)
→ Prepare and issue invoices, financial reports, and government requirements
→ Support quarterly / annual audits
→ Assist in sourcing materials for production / operations
→ Handle other accounting-related tasks as needed
Qualifications / Skills :
→ Work experience as Accounting Assistant / Clerk preferred
→ Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures & finance regulations
→ Strong math and analytical skills
→ Proficient in MS Excel & accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
→ Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
→ Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and good in communication
