Job Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Asia Sales Director to lead our regional sales efforts across the electronics equipment sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across Asia. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with cross-cultural leadership to manage a high-performing team and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets, focusing on key markets (e.g., China, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and India).
Cultivate and expand relationships with top-tier clients, including multinational corporations and regional leaders in electronics manufacturing.
Prospect and close high-value deals with new clients, leveraging industry networks and partnerships.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 12–20 sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage regional sales budgets, including travel, tools, and marketing investments, to optimize ROI.
Partner with R&D, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with client needs and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in Asia.
Deep understanding of Asian business cultures, customs, and decision-making processes.
