Sales Manager (Japanese)

Description : Role :

• Assist management in planning and implementing strategy to achieve Sales Target / budget- Coordinates with internal and external team to achieve Sales KPIs- Maintain long-term relationship with suppliers related with price, goods availability, deliverytime, payment term, market and product expanding- Monitoring inventory, delivery time and payment collection- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, sales forecasting and yearly budget- Any duties assigned by the companyQualifications- Bachelor's Degree in any course- Proven sales experience in managerial capacity, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Excellent negotiation skills.- Business analytical review skills. - Excellent communication skills with all levels in internal and external. - Analytical and problem solving skills. - Basic knowledge of plastic raw materials and its applications.
