Virtual Assistant / Administration Assistant (Remote)

We are an Australian grain marketing business assisting our farmer clients sell their harvest. Products include bulk wheat, canola and barley.

We are seeking the services of an individual to work remotely to track and record grain prices which are published on buyers websites. The successful applicant would then collate this data into spreadsheets and prepare it for distribution to our clients. The successful candidate will be required to use their own computer, which includes remote work equipment such as clear audio equipment, working webcam and stable internet access. Access to M365 is highly desirable.

The role would be for the duration of the grain harvest which is approximately two to three months with an immediate start. The work hours would be from Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm PHST.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Experience using remote working tools such as microsoft teams is also necessary.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality.
• Applicants need to be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in data entry is highly desirable.
