Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Bridgetown and Libis sites.

Job Type : Full-time

Department : Customer Support

Reports To : Customer Service Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently, professionally, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time.

Qualifications :

Senior High school diploma

1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Customer Service.

Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
