We are searching for a Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, forge impactful partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth across key markets. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, skilled negotiator, and strategic thinker with deep familiarity of the mobile advertising landscape. This role is fully remote and highly collaborative, working closely with account management, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success and continuous value creation.
Role Overview :
The Business Development Manager will own the full cycle of partner acquisition—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management. You will analyze market trends, develop strategic proposals, and consistently drive new business while maintaining a strong pipeline. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth within the competitive mobile advertising and user acquisition ecosystem.

Requirements
3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within digital marketing, mobile advertising, or app performance marketing. Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem : UA channels, attribution tools, ad networks, CPI / CPA / CPM models, retention metrics, SDK fundamentals, etc. Demonstrated ability to build and manage revenue-generating relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign, performance, or market data. Highly self-motivated, independent, and effective in a remote-first environment. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
