Organization Development & Capability–Building Lead
Key Scope and Expectations of Organization Development & Capability–Building (Phils, Japan, EFE) :
- Drive Organization Development Strategy for Perfetti Van Melle Philippines, Japan and Export Markets( 3 "operating companies" or "OCs" )
- Lead for Training and Development initiatives and Capability–Building programs throughout the 3 OCs; including as Onboarding Lead for new employees, transfers to the 3 OCs
- Point–of–contact for Perfetti Van Melle HQ( Group ) and Regional teams for Talent Management
- Directly engaging with training providers, seeking out best partners for Perfetti Van Melle( from concept to execution and follow–ups )
- Center for Performance( including Development ) Management( initiatives and tracking )
- Culture–building, communication and engagement champion for the 3 OCs, in collaboration with the HRBPs
- Supporting the Business and HRBPs on organization review and capability
