Position : Safety Officer

Work Location : Biñan, Laguna

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Salary : Php 25,000 – Php 30,000

Work Set-up : On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in planning, developing, and implementing OSH programs
• Knowledgeable in required safety reports / DOLE reports
• Knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001) and Work Environment Measurement (WEM)
• Preferably residing in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang) or willing to relocate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handle administrative documentation, contracts, and supplier relations
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supplies, company events, and company vehicles
• Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with ISO 45001 and DOLE regulations
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits
• Prepare and submit required DOLE safety reports and compliance documents
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective / preventive action planning
