Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business activities
Maintain filing systems and manage confidential records
Assist with personal tasks and drive the executive to appointments / events when required
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Outlook preferred)
Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license
Professional, trustworthy, and discreet in handling sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
