This Japanese company has been operating in Manila since 2011 and has expanded their operations in Cebu. They specialize in offsite development, web-based system, cloud computing and mobile application development

Position: Japanese HR and Admin Staff
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 40, 000 – 45, 000
Schedule: Dayshift (8AM – 5PM, M-F)
Work set-up: Onsite

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in any courses
JLPT N3 passer
Experience in HR and admin is an advantage
Willing to work in Cebu

Responsibilities:
Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation
Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
