Job description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive user growth, optimize ad campaigns, and scale results through smart, data-driven strategies. If you love analyzing numbers, experimenting with creatives, and unlocking growth opportunities, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do

Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & programmatic platforms
Run creative A / B testing and optimize messaging around trends & sports events
Expand affiliate networks and partnerships to bring in new traffic sources
Launch retargeting and reactivation efforts to boost returning users
Monitor performance data and scale budgets efficiently

What you bring

5+ years in digital marketing / performance media

Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok & DSPs

Strong data and optimization mindset

Experience with affiliate networks

(Bonus) Background in sportsbook / sports marketing

Salary : ₱70,000 – ₱80,000

Work Setup & Schedule

Schedule : Monday–Friday

Hours : Flexible 8AM–10AM start (9 working hours incl. 1-hour break)

Setup : Full onsite

Employment Type : Permanent
