About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to join our client's Cloud Operations team and lead the delivery and support of enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure environments. In this role, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of multi-cloud infrastructures, with a primary focus on Azure-based solutions. You will provide advanced Level 3 technical support, spearhead automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives, and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver seamless managed cloud services. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in Azure infrastructure management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Beyond operational excellence, you will mentor junior engineers, drive innovation in automation and DevOps practices, and contribute to strategic discussions shaping future cloud architecture and service design.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, cloud operations, or infrastructure engineering / 3+ years for a Mid-level vacancy

2+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Azure environments.

Strong proficiency in Azure Active Directory, network configuration, and infrastructure management.

Expertise in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code using PowerShell, Python , Terraform, or ARM templates.

Knowledge of ITIL framework with experience in incident, problem, and change management.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in dynamic, mission-critical environments.

Experience supporting or leading projects within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or enterprise IT setup.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and engage with clients.

Passion for service excellence, continuous learning, and driving modernization through cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills :

Experience managing AWS infrastructure or hybrid multi-cloud environments.

Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps methodologies, automation pipelines, and CI / CD practices.

Exposure to Linux, Kubernetes, or cloud security frameworks.
