Travel Agent with 1 Year GDS experience - 23-26k pay, HMO

We are urgently looking for Travel Agents with GDS Experience to work in Bridgetown -Quezon City

Earn up to 26k pay - HMO from day 1

Job Responsibilities :

• Use GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book and manage flights, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
• Provide clients with accurate information on destinations, travel routes, rates, and schedules.
• Handle rebooking, cancellations, and modifications as requested by clients.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client preferences.
• Issue tickets, invoices, and travel documents accurately and on time.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
• Upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain client records and manage follow-ups for repeat business.
