Job Purpose
The Revenue Assurance Officer ensures that all sales and revenue transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards. The role involves cross-checking sales reports from brands, delivery platforms, and POS systems against recorded revenue, identifying gaps or leakages, and implementing controls to safeguard the company's topline.
Main Duties
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales and revenue across multiple brands and channels (O2O, delivery apps, direct orders, B2B).
- Validate that all sales transactions are properly captured in the POS / Alfred / NetSuite system.
- Review platform commission deductions, refunds, discounts, and promotional expenses for accuracy.
- Detect, investigate, and resolve revenue discrepancies and leakages in coordination with Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.
- Prepare and analyze daily / weekly / monthly revenue assurance reports to highlight risks, trends, and corrective actions.
- Support audits and provide documentation for revenue-related queries.
- Contribute to process improvements in sales reporting and revenue recognition.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in revenue assurance, audit, financial reconciliation, or accounting; experience in F&B, e-commerce, or telco is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.Proficiency in POS systems, ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), and sales / channel reporting tools.High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, and Tech).Experience in vendor / platform reconciliation and revenue reporting.
