Office Location : 482 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Quezon City

Work Schedule : Full-time (Monday to Friday) | 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude
  • Willing to learn and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to start as soon as possible

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Answer customer inquiries and prepare price quotations
  • Create and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle rush order requests and review pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and product needs
  • Check and respond to incoming emails and customer concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
