Schedule : Monday to Friday — Either 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM PST or 12 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 PM PST

Total Weekly Hours : 20 Hours

Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to current customers, ensuring friendly follow-up, clear communication, and a professional experience.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by logging calls in the company CRM and updating details in Google Sheets.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.

Requirements

Clear, polite, and professional phone manner.

Strong articulation and excellent verbal communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and represent the company with warmth and professionalism.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to log information accurately in CRM systems and Google Sheets.

Reliable, proactive, and able to manage daily outbound calls efficiently.

Fluent English; a neutral or English accent is preferred.
