We are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to join our team
A team coordinator manages team operations, tasks, communication, and schedules to ensure project goals are met.
They will be responsible for ensuring that the team works effectively and efficiently, meeting all project deadlines and goals.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of individuals working towards a common goal.
- Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that the team is meeting all project deadlines and goals.
- Identify and address any issues that arise during the project.
- Ensure that all team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan future activities.
- Ensure that all team members are working in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.Experience in project management and team coordination.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well with others, both internally and externally.Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems.
