Job Description
The Instructional Design Analyst designs, delivers, and implements high-quality courses that improve the functional and leadership skills of advisors and leaders to achieve high sales performance to support the organization’s goal. He / She focuses on improving the learning culture of the Agency or a specific function by following the set guidelines in designing and developing courses. He / She should engage himself / herself in continuous professional development to be knowledgeable and skilled in the field of learning and development.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree related to education, educational technology, instructional design, or learning and development; or 3 years professional experience in training and development, e-learning, or teaching
Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
Course Design & Development Function
Design and develop instructor-led courses, eLearning courses and supplementary materials that are aligned with the training requirements using sound instructional design and adult learning theories and principles
Incorporate new learning strategies, tools, and technologies in designing and developing courses and supplementary materials
Follow the set standard process and guidelines in designing and developing courses and supplementary materials
Evaluate course effectiveness through evaluation survey to gather feedback and concerns from advisors and leaders
Review and revise content for courses and supplementary materials
