This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, New York, NY, USA (Eastern Time)

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving media company’s sales operations team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting client relationships and sales activities through meticulous data management, creative presentation development, and professional client communications. You’ll work directly with the sales team to ensure smooth operations across multiple time zones, contributing to the company’s success while developing valuable skills in media operations, client management, and sales support in a flexible remote work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute precise data entry tasks to maintain accurate sales and client information systems
  • Design and compile professional photo decks and presentation materials for client meetings
  • Manage email-based client follow-up communications to nurture relationships and support sales processes
  • Complete various administrative and data management tasks to support overall sales operations
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless client service delivery
  • Maintain organized records and databases to support business decision-making
  • Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel for data analysis and management
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Outstanding written communication skills for professional client correspondence
  • Ability to work extended hours (availability until 7-8 PM) to support operations across multiple US time zones
  • Experience organizing visual materials and creating professional presentations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
