Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel for data analysis and management Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks Outstanding written communication skills for professional client correspondence Ability to work extended hours (availability until 7-8 PM) to support operations across multiple US time zones Experience organizing visual materials and creating professional presentations Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Previous experience with CRM systems preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
