The Leasing Specialist - Business Intelligence will be supporting the Office Leasing department through data-driven insights that help drive important business decisions and achieve the company's goals. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting leasing data to generate comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations. This role involves collaborating with peers and senior executives, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years in commercial leasing (office / retail)
- Solid experience in preparing high-level presentations for senior management and / or board of directors, summarizing strategic insights, progress, and business performance metrics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
Experience distilling and communicating data to all organizational levels
KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic and Annual Planning
Is responsible for assisting in the development and refinement of Office Leasing strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.Together with the Office Leasing's Business Intelligence team, facilitates and leads the annual strategic planning process and ensure alignment across departments and other business units.Drafts the 5-Year Strategic Plan and the OKR and OKR review presentations to the FDC Execom; reviews the strategic plan and OKRs of the business segments and key departments to ensure alignmentDevelop key result metrics and frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, and measure corporate and project success; track and evaluateCasts the 5-Year revenue targets per office building / projectPrepares the President's, company OKRs for the year; reviews key officers' OKRsPerformance Monitoring
Develops OKR scorecards to evaluate performance of the Office Leasing department and its executivesTracks and evaluates business performance by developing performance dashboards for the business segments and sub- segments, and be responsible for maintaining theseEvaluates OKR accomplishment and performance appraisal reports of the Office Leasing department and individual leaders (key executives)Works with the other departments within the Offices business unit for adjustments / catch-up plans that needs to be executed to ensure attainment of Office Leasing targetsEnsures the instructions of the President / CEO or company directions that arise are cascaded clearly to the team, followed through and executedManagement Reporting / Management Information System (MIS)
Reviews and consolidates monthly reports for FLI Execom / BOD, FDC Executive Council, FILRT Execom / BOD, FAC BOD, FCMI Townhall and other related reports that requires data / inputs from Office Leasing;Creates and / or updates executive dashboards in a platform (e.g. Excel, Smartsheet, Sharepoint) for business metrics such as office space inventory, new awards (in sqm), occupancy, net effective rent and other relevant metricsMonitors and tracks FCI commission records, and prepares corresponding billings to Filinvest entities (FLI, FAC, FCMI) for commissions earned from leasing transactions.
