Engineering Design Supervisor- 5 yrs Experience

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, REE & RME

is a must, or an advanced degree in engineering or related

field, with the following job requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Design, electrical lay-out, analytical planning, familiar with renewable energy and AutoCad proficient.
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure their work is aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• Assessing design brief to gauge the design requirements, and assist in product development processes by providing technical insights and expertise
• Prepare design criteria that will serve as the guidelines for field and design engineers in the execution of design works.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems architecture and hardware, and about renewable energy, especially Solar.
• Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Review the completed design and drawings to confirm that the design output meets the design input requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical timely reports and documentation. Keep up-to-date with advancements and best practices in the technical engineering field
• Responsible for controlling costs and overseeing expenditures during the design and production process. Able to balance the performance requirements of manufacturing and material costs to ensure that the final output is economically feasible along with its functionality.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the engineering design team.

Develop and review engineering design plans and specifications.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.

Manage project timelines and resource allocation.

Mentor and train junior engineers and designers.

Conduct design reviews and approve final designs.

Identify and resolve technical issues during the design process.

Maintain documentation and records of design activities.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives in design processes.

Basic Monthly Rate : P25,000.00 Starting Salary and

increase upon regularization

SALARY RANGE : 25K

WORK LOCATIONS : ILOILO

WORK SCHEDULE : MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8am to 5pm (Preferrably candidate residence nearby the Office)
