REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong translation skills (English and Mandarin).
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB :

• Translate documents from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
• Handle client / customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Organize and file documents for scheduled meetings and events, including taking minutes of meetings
• Review, edit, and revise translated texts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality output
• Conduct research on documents, terminology, and linguistic styles to support accurate translation work
