JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle customer inquiries and account concerns
Assist with billing, payments, and transactions
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases
Process account updates and requests
Maintain confidentiality of customer data
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet performance metrics (AHT, FCR, etc.)
Stay updated on products and policies
Work with team members to improve service
