Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist who can manage multi-platform online stores, launch and scale TikTok Shop, and support end-to-end digital operations. This role requires someone technical, creative, fast-paced, and fully capable of working independently while delivering high-impact results.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale TikTok Shop operations end-to-end.
Oversee Shopify and Amazon product listings, inventory syncing, and backend updates.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to produce high-quality content, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving platform integrations and syncing.
Implement and analyze marketing and ad campaign performance (with focus on TikTok Ads).
Provide clear, data-driven reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Non-Negotiables (Must Have)
Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably supporting U.S. or international clients.
1+ year hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop (setup, product listings, campaigns).
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex TikTok Shop integration issues (inventory, payments, sync errors).
Excellent English communication skills —written and verbal.
Strong Asset Skills (Required for Success) :
AI content creation expertise (1+ year practical application).
Shopify operations experience (2+ years preferred).
Amazon Seller Central experience in listings and optimization.
Ability to work with minimal supervision , delivering high-quality independent output.
