Position : Mandarin HR Recruitment Specialist

Industry : Mobile Technology Company

Location : BGC, Taguig City

Schedule : Dayshift Schedule | Mon-Fri at 8 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM

Salary : Negotiable

Work Set-up : Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
  • Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment on
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage

    • RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, manpower agencies)
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracker and prepare weekly / monthly recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
