Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels (e.g., inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach).
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., credit assessment, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
