Qualifications & Requirements :
1. Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or related courses.
2. With 1–2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
3. Background in procurement and construction is required.
4. Willing to undergo training in Manila before being assigned to Cebu.
5. Must be based in Cebu and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
8. Has initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
9. Willing to conduct occasional site visits within Cebu and nearby project locations.
