Leads and Oversees Facilities Staff / Team Members
Ensures Building Code, City Ordinance / s and other Government mandated compliance
Acts as the primary contact for any building issues (climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies, equipment, electronic controls, circuitry and repairs)
Coordinates with the Building’s Management in all its facilities related concerns
Responds to on- call facilities concerns of all departments
Monitors contractor performance and work closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications
Assists in maintaining building security and immediately responds to building Emergencies on a 24- hour basis
Solicits bid and quotes from vendors
Conducts routine and miscellaneous inspections regarding new installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical issues and the like
Oversees the safe atmosphere in facility by enforcing facility and departmental policies and procedures and taking proactive approach to risk management
Prepares reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by Facilities Head / Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
