Work Schedule : Morning Shift
Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) based on client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Design and manage learning items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, and user roles.
- Support integration with SAP HCM, Employee Central, and third-party content providers.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learning operations.
Required Skills :
4 to 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in the Learning module.Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS components.Understanding of learning workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.Familiarity with SCORM / AICC content standards and third-party content integration.Preferred Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.Exposure to other modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central.Experience with SAP Enable Now or SAP Work Zone for learning delivery.Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile learning best practices.
