Job Description
The Store Managers are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. They orchestrate and engage the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
Responsibilities
1. People Management and Training
Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.Creates a high-performance culture in the store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable, and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.Plans out and manages employees’ activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction
Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reachedPrepare Sales Presentation for the store’s salesActively monitors customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous improvement. Handles customer complaints effectively and diplomatically.3. Inventory Management
Drives continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures.Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followedVerifies accuracy of inventory of stocks4. Store Management and Compliance
Ensure that all store concerns are raised to respective departmentsProvide suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processesOversees and complies with all government statutory requirementsEnsures that end of day process is followed and executed regularlySupervises staff to ensure continuous cleanliness and maintenance of the premisesPerforms all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalentWith at least 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory or Managerial in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environmentAble to work under pressure and carry out sound decisions during critical situationsGood oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.Team playerHave strong leadership and maturity to lead the teamDetail-orientedAbout the Company
