Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer responsible in designing, developing, and testing electronic circuits and systems, leading complex projects, mentoring Junior Engineers, and ensuring designs meet performance and cost requirements. Key duties involve creating schematics, selecting components, performing simulations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Details

• Designs, develops, and test electronic circuits, components, and systems including Electronics specifications, Schematic Capture, Libraries management, BOM & Layout, RF Design and RF Testing, Electronic (digital and analogue) system design and PCB / ASM generation.
• Creates, tests, and validates prototypes using simulations and advanced diagnostic tools to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation, schematics, specifications, and test results. It also includes Assembly instruction, Gerber files, Placement file, Stack-up, OCBA 3D step, Test instruction.
• Collaborates with other engineers, cross-functional teams, as well as with product design and manufacturing teams.
• Leads effort to identify and resolve design and system issues efficiently.
• Ensures that all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Mentors and guides junior engineers, provides technical leadership, and contributes to continuous design improvements.
