Jr. Project Manager

POSITION TITLE : Jr. Project Manager

WORK LOCATION : Greenhills, San Juan

WORK SETUP : Full-Time, Onsite (8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM, Monday–Saturday)

SALARY : PHP 28,000 – 35,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

– Lead, coordinate, and oversee all project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

– Collaborate and communicate effectively with architects, general contractors, and direct clients (homeowners) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.

– Develop and manage project plans, including manpower scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation.

– Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.

– Provide leadership in managing teams, including installers and contractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.

– Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

– Maintain a high level of commitment to project goals, ensuring that client needs are met or exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS :

– Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.

– Proven experience in high-end residential construction project management.

– Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills (specially when engaging with architects and clients.

– Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and site activities like a pro.
