CreditOperationsis dedicated to supportingCreditGroup by managing critical systems, data, processes, and tools that ensure the efficiency and integrity ofcredit-related activities.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Play a key role in overseeing the day-to-dayoperationsrelated tocreditevaluation, approval workflows, preparation and verification of loan documentation. Ensure all systems and processes are fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards, efficiently supporting seamlesscreditoperations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Institutional Banking Sector, Information Technology Group, General Services, Controllership Group – Records Management Department, and Business Financial Planning and Analysis Department.
  • Oversees a team ofCreditOperationsAssisant and Officer in-charge in providing operational support toCreditGroup.
  • Manage operational support forCreditGroup-owned systems, including daily monitoring and maintenance.
  • Reviews risk rating movements of approvedcreditproposals for data reporting.
  • Maintain databases such ascreditrisk rating movement and corporate / commercial account details.
  • Gatekeeper of both electronic and physical documentation in accordance with internal policies
  • Manage logistical and administrative requirements, including office supply requests, IT and non-IT equipment requisitions, inventory management and mailing services.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing, checking and submitting required documentation.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of management-led events such as Townhall sessions,CreditConferences, team building activities and other corporate events.
  • Initiate operational improvements to streamline procedures and enhance service to the team and stakeholders.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications :

  • Exposure in banking industry with good understanding ofcreditprocesses
  • Experience with technology, systems and / or enterprise software
  • Proficient in MS 365 Applications such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and MS Teams
  • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders within the Bank
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
