Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily plant operations and manpower allocation
• Monitor plant budget, expenses, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (QMS, ECC, 5S, PEZA)
• Lead preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and safety initiatives
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external agencies
• Supervise plant security, assets, spare parts, PPE, and consumables
• Act as Safety-in-Charge and ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Maintain high standards of work ethics, transparency, and discipline

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related technical field.
• With experience in plant operations, maintenance, or supervision.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental. regulations, and quality management systems
• Willing to work on-site, including Saturdays, and be on-call as needed.
