Responsibilities :
1.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
Coach, mentor, and cultivate a team of sales professionals.
Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and develop growth plans to foster excellence.
2.
Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Oversight
Expand the company's sales portfolio, including co-location, CloudSecure (IaaS, SaaS, DraaS, BaaS, UCaaS / VoIP, and IT leasing), targeting direct enterprise clients.
Build partnerships with industry players such as ISVs, SIs, consultants, and vendors.
Develop territory strategies, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts.
3.
Deal Conversion & Closure
Manage the entire sales process : lead generation, qualification, technical assessment, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Utilize consultative, solution-based selling techniques to secure enterprise accounts for strategic, long-term engagements.
4.
Proposal Development (Commercial & Technical)
Lead the creation of persuasive proposals, scopes of work (SOW), and pricing structures.
Ensure proposals are comprehensive, legally compliant, and aligned with service capabilities, collaborating with pre-sales, service engineering, service delivery, and finance teams.
5.
Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration
Work closely with solutions architects, service engineering, and service delivery teams to design and scope integrated solutions.
Qualifications :
Over 12 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, particularly in infrastructure, virtualization, containers, data management, or cybersecurity.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related fields; MBA or technical master's degrees are preferred.
At least 5 years of experience leading sales or technical account teams at a senior manager level.
Demonstrated success in converting leads into revenue through both commercial and technical proposals.
Technical knowledge of colocation, IaaS, SaaS, DraaS, BaaS, NaaS, UCaaS, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership style that promotes collaboration with experience coordinating across different teams.
