    • Responsibilities :
    • 1.

    • Sales Leadership & Team Development
    • Coach, mentor, and cultivate a team of sales professionals.
    • Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and develop growth plans to foster excellence.
    • 2.

    • Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Oversight
    • Expand the company's sales portfolio, including co-location, CloudSecure (IaaS, SaaS, DraaS, BaaS, UCaaS / VoIP, and IT leasing), targeting direct enterprise clients.
    • Build partnerships with industry players such as ISVs, SIs, consultants, and vendors.
    • Develop territory strategies, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts.
    • 3.

    • Deal Conversion & Closure
    • Manage the entire sales process : lead generation, qualification, technical assessment, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
    • Utilize consultative, solution-based selling techniques to secure enterprise accounts for strategic, long-term engagements.
    • 4.

    • Proposal Development (Commercial & Technical)
    • Lead the creation of persuasive proposals, scopes of work (SOW), and pricing structures.
    • Ensure proposals are comprehensive, legally compliant, and aligned with service capabilities, collaborating with pre-sales, service engineering, service delivery, and finance teams.
    • 5.

    • Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration
    • Work closely with solutions architects, service engineering, and service delivery teams to design and scope integrated solutions.
    • Qualifications :
    • Over 12 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, particularly in infrastructure, virtualization, containers, data management, or cybersecurity.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related fields; MBA or technical master's degrees are preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience leading sales or technical account teams at a senior manager level.
    • Demonstrated success in converting leads into revenue through both commercial and technical proposals.
    • Technical knowledge of colocation, IaaS, SaaS, DraaS, BaaS, NaaS, UCaaS, and IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Leadership style that promotes collaboration with experience coordinating across different teams.
