Key Responsibilities
Errands and Deliveries : Pick up and deliver mail, documents, packages, and other items to clients, vendors, other company locations, banks, and government offices.
Purchasing : Purchase necessary office supplies, equipment, and groceries as directed by the purchasing or admin team.
Financial Transactions : Handle bill payments and conduct various bank transactions for the company.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate logs, official receipts, and other documentation for all tasks performed.
Administrative Support : Assist the purchasing and administrative departments with general office tasks, such as filing documents, organizing paperwork, and assisting with inventory management.
Liaison : Serve as a point of contact between the office and external entities, such as banks and government offices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal staff and external contacts.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records.
Trustworthiness : A reliable and punctual individual to handle important documents and financial transactions.
Driving Skills : A valid driver's license and familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions are often required for efficient deliveries.
Knowledge of Local Area : Knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic conditions is often a plus.
Physical Stamina : Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
