Job Role : Customer Support Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Support Representative, you will :

Assist customers through voice or non-voice channels

Provide excellent service and resolve inquiries effectively

Use the company’s tools and systems to deliver accurate support

Gain valuable training and experience in communication, problem-solving, and customer handling

Work with supportive team leaders and coaches committed to your growth

Salary Range

₱16,000 – ₱30,000 per month

(Depending on experience, skill level, and account assignment)

Qualifications

At least SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)

No BPO experience required – We welcome fresh grads!

Average to above-average English communication skills

Computer literate

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Amenable to shifting schedules
