Accountabilities : Your day to day tasks

• Perform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities – sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding AR
• Relieving function where needed to sustain business operations
• Execute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channel to achieve business objectives Skill and competencies :
• College graduate of any course (preferably business related courses)
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• Field sales exposure is an advantage
• Experience in General trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommended
• Valid driver’s license and knows how to drive manual transmission (preferred) Work Location : Subic Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Subic sales officeWork Schedule : Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4 : 30 AM What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
