Job Objective / Purpose :

The Clinic Nurse (Hemodialysis Nurse) will be assigned to Global Reliance Renal Care, Inc.'s dialysis clinics. S / He will aid in the clinic operations to support the DOH Compliance for manpower.

This role will be hired under Global Reliance Renal Care, Inc. (GRRI) - a subsidiary of RelianceUnited.

Background and Qualifications :

Duly Licensed Nurse by PRC

Dialysis Center / Clinic / Hospital experience is an advantage

Dialysis training, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) / Basic Life Support (BLS) training is an advantage.

Nurses with no clinical experience, newly board passers, career shifters are welcome to apply

Duties and Responsibilities :

Provides direct care to patients undergoing hemodialysis based on the rules and regulations established by DOH and

approved company policies and procedures.

Check and prepare all materials needed and ensure they are available before the start of dialysis.

Reads and carries out the doctor’s orders and ensures that dialysis is performed accordingly.

Assess patients using the nursing process before, during, and after dialysis.

Assesses, inspects, regulates, and monitors all machine settings and parameters.

Prepares patient’s access using the required standard for arteriovenous fistula and external access preparations.

Communicates with the doctor regarding identified patient-related problems and initiates interventions for the same.

Administer medications as ordered and properly document the same.

Performs, monitors, and records pre-dialysis, intra-dialysis, and post-dialysis treatment vital signs.
