Delivery Driver

1. Provides strong support to the group by efficiently performing the work assigned by the General Manager or her representative, ensuring that he establishes harmonious relationship with different departments directly and indirectly working or connected with the transactions handled by the delivery department.

2. Ensures that vehicle being used is properly maintained, clean and safe at all times. Registers the company vehicle on time without incurring any penalties for late registration and the like.

3. Follows the delivery cut-off time for receiving, preparing and delivering products ordered.

4. Ensures that all products ordered by clients are accurately reflected on the Order Form. Ensures the products contained in the packages are counterchecked before the actual delivery.

5. Double checks the complete delivery address, name of the client / contact person, contact number and the availability of the latter to receive the package on the estimated arrival of the delivery in the client’s premises. Checks all these details before leaving the warehouse.

6. Ensures compliance with the accomplishment of required transaction details such as the product recipient, signature, date, checker, driver’s name, etc. which must be indicated in the Order Form (OF).

7. Assists the GM or his designated representative (if requested) in scheduling delivery of products to the clients to ensure that there is fair distribution of work.

8. Ensures the systematic and timely filing of all delivery department documents. All files should be properly labeled.

9. Helps in inculcating a positive work environment by exhibiting the values of teamwork, focus, dedication and accountability. Alerts Management on violations to our company’s code of conduct.
