Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote AppFolio Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional accounting and operational support to our clients leveraging your expertise in AppFolio with additional experience in QuickBooks Online and Xero considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts using AppFolio including property-related financial data tenant transactions reporting and reconciliations.
  

• Manage and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online Xero and other accounting platforms as needed.
  

• Prepare financial statements monthly reports and supporting schedules accurately and on time.
  

• Present month-end financial reports and summaries to clients or internal management.
  

• Assist clients with budgeting forecasting and financial planning as required.
  

• Collaborate with team members and clients to address AppFolio and accounting-related inquiries.
  

• Stay updated on industry regulations accounting standards and software best practices to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  

• Proven experience working with AppFolio is required.
  

• Preferably with QuickBooks Online/Xero experience as well.
  

• Accounting/Bookkeeping experience is required.
  

• Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus but not required.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members and clients.
