We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and will involve providing high-quality customer service to our banking clients with high priority accounts.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Providing product and service information to customers, answering queries and resolving any issues or complaints
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding inquiries
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services to customers
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and compliance requirements
What we're looking for
At least a senior high school graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and key metrics
Familiarity with relevant banking and financial regulations, as well as customer service best practices
