Job descriptionGraduate of any 4 yrs course. With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR. With strong knowledge of Business acumen and employment laws in the Philippines. Must have leadership competency skills. (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management. ) Ability to manage change and support HR transformation initiatives using data. Familiarity with common HRIS platforms. Guides more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion. Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals. Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively, Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics. Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems. Creates and conducts training on HRIS / DMA matters based on established procedures.
