Position: Japanese Customer Associate
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming Industry
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Responsibilities:
Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries.
Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
Data entries of event results in the systems.
And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
Requirements:
Native Japanese or welcome to apply
Filipino with JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or Level
At least 1 year Customer Service Experience is advantage
Has studied in Japan during High school is advantage but not required
Open for High School, Undergraduate and Graduate
Willing to work on Shifting Schedule
